Canon EF 70-200MM F/4.0 L USM

I just purchased this one on line fro $568.00

From what I have heard, the reviews are excellent. Anyone have any direct experience with this lens?

No I would like to though! First I need a canon 20d to go with it. What reminds me , Kevin, how are you getting on with the new camera? Any test photos yet as you promised?

I have been so busy trying to get this site up and running that I have not had much time to take many pictures.

I took some at a wedding I went to but the camera locked-up for a while. You can tell I had a little too much "fun" and was not thrilled with the results although this is not the cameras fault, it was mine. The lock up angered me also though.

I am off to Florida Friday so I plan on taking some shots and to be a bit more serious about it.
