Can anyone tell me anything about the Pentax Lumix DMCFZ20? Battery life or any other goods or bads?

No, I cant, since as far as I know Pentax built no such camera.

Maybe you meant the Panasonic Lumix FZ-20 (http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/panasonicfz20/) instead?

Honestly I read it ages ago when the FZ-20 was new - I nearly bought one instead of the *istD I own now, but in the end I'm very happy with my DSLR now, so I guess I made the right choice for my needs.
