:o Hi people out there I am new here. I am very much eager to join the photo contest. I found this thru google search. What criteria to join this contest. My camera is maxxum 5 (film format), can I join though my stuff not a DSLR camera?

If you are talking about our weekly photo contest, the new contest will start in March. You have plenty of time.

If you are talking about our Canon 20D giveaway, you have until the end of the month to boost your entries by posting in the forums, posting comments in the gallery, uploading images, etc.

Don't worry, our next big contest will be just as interesting.



You do not need a DSLR to submit.

Welcome. You've picked probably one of the best (if not the best) sites on the internet. Everyone I've met so far are great and very helpful. Again, welcome and looking forward to seeing images from the Philippines.

Welcome jocaps. This is a great site, and very friendly people. You will notice that everyone is helpful, unlike some "other sites" out there where you get people who think they know it all and hate newbies.

Of course you can join if you are using film...this is not just a DSLR site.

Yes this is a friendly bunch here,just visit the forums and there will be plenty of stuf that interests you, we have advise on different make cameras/printers etc and plenty of contests you can enter with some fabulous prices, nice to have you onboard!, Hi to digitalfreak too from me! ;)
