Wow! Did you use diffusion somehow? It's so dream-like... My only suggestion is maybe scoot to the right a little bit to give a bit more breathing room between the building and the flag in the upper left, but this one is awfully hard to criticize.

Yes and no , diffusion just a touch and no I could not alter the composition from where i stood when I took the photo, I was glad it came out like it did , but agree in what you say, in a perfect world....................

I like this one more exposure wise because there is no sun flar/ghosting in this one that is washing out sky details. But with out people the photo is lifeless. I do like the timing though. I like how the flags are both hanging like they are.
My tip on this one and the other is maybe go when it's earlyer in the day so the sun isn't placed so high in the sky. Maybe around 8:00 to 10:000ish at the lateist.
If you do the photo in color my tip would be 6:00 to 8:00ish at the latist. Or if that's to early and you don't like the slight blue cast go about 2 hours before the sun sets.
