This is neat. When we were in Leeds England, we stayed at the Metropole and they had pipes like this too. Thanks for sharing, it brings back some neat memories.

Gosh the goody tu shu's over here would never let that be on a building. Looks is more important than function LOL it really is a wierd way to put downspouts in.

OOPs my mistake they are vent pipes that is what it looks like Or maybe bathroom drain lines. One looks like a roof drain line. A interesting picture
